We make sure that your purchase at our platform becomes a memorable and hassle-free experience altogether. However, if you do not find the product satisfactory and wish to replace it or return it with another one, our easy to return and refund policy will help you to do so. The following steps will give you a streamlined idea of the entire process.

  • A return request has to be placed 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • Once we receive the request, we shall send across a mail stating confirmation of the same and enquiring about your bank account details for returning the funds.
  • The product will be picked up from your doorstep, and the courier arrangements required for this will be our sole responsibility.
  • Once we get the product in our warehouse, it shall be put under quality testing.
  • If the product qualifies certain parameters, we shall send across another mail confirming the return and assuring a full refund.
  • You are expected to receive the entire refund amount credited to your bank account within next 3-4 business days.
  • Products purchased on Discount/ offers are NOT eligible for Return / Exchange / Refunds.

Conditions under which return is infeasible

There are certain circumstances under which a return would not be accepted from Sattyam Multipurpose Co Operative Society Ltd. Following are the parameters that have to be met for validating a return.

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must not carry any stain, sweat or body odor on it.
  • It must not be torn or damaged.
  • The price tags, paper tags should be unaltered manner.
  • The packaging and folding should be intact.
  • The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
  • Blouses are not considered for return.
  • Products purchased on offers/discounts are not eligible for return/exchange.

Cancellation of any order

Any purchase can be canceled prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered to you. If a cancellation is requested prior to the shipment of the same, the entire amount paid will be returned.

Refund and return policy for blouses

We primarily deal in sarees and blouses. The purchase of any blouse from Charukriti does not entail the facility of return and refund. Once the blouse is delivered to the customer, it is considered as the final sales involving no options of return. Customers are requested to not to place any return or refund requests post a blouse purchase.

The refund policies

Refund will be processed only through net banking. No other modes are practiced from our end. We also make sure that the information regarding the bank accounts of the customers will remain private and confidential. The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned to the customer including the shipment charges (if any) within the next 3-4 business days from the day the customer receives a confirmation mail for the refund.

* No returns can be entertained in case of international shipments other than damaged products and the concern has to be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

* No return shall be entertained if the product is purchased at Sale Price.

* No return shall be entertained if the product is purchased with customization (Fall & Pico).
